We have different residency programme for different requirements of applicants. The fee starting from 25$ per day to 55$ per day depends on requirement, availability and facilities.

The different Residency options are as follows :

  1. Curated Residency Programme based on theme. The duration and price will be fixed depends on the project. : Fee: based on project 
  2. Open Programme Residency for emerging artists and students  under the age of 30 with minimum 5  to maximum 7  in number: Duration : 15 days  minimum  Fee : 25$-per night per person
  3. Open Programme Residency for any one and any number less than 7. Duration : 15 days minimum to 3 months +    Fee: 35$ – 55$ per person per day, based on facility and availability

This is a open Residency Program, where artists of all kinds of fields can have their own schedule according to their plans. Kalanirvana will help and guide you whenever you need. One can explore the art, culture, architecture, historical sites, crafts, festivals, food, people, textile, landscape, wild life,  village life etc. during this Residency. And this is recommended for research and study various aspects of India.

YOUNG ART NIRVANA : 2018 : Duration 15 days

Kalanirvana invites Groups ( Minimum 4 and maximum 7 ) of students and emerging artists  under the age of 30 for perusing their artistic exploration and experience Indian Culture, Art and its vibrant heritage to get inspired or to do research. To support the students and emerging artists from all disciplines KIAR sponsor the Selected Residents Artists for Food, city tour , air port pick up and drop and Local transport. The KIAR residency is organizing an unique project where the contemporary artists are invited from all over world to work with traditional Indian patta painting artist and to create their own creation mixing with their own style, subject and concept .
