ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Kalanirvana is India’s biggest International Network with tie up with more than 40+ countries. We are leader in India to Bring Photography in the main stream Art. Before 2011, The art Galleries in India are hesitant to accept Photography as an ART FORM like painting, sculpture etc. But Kalanirvana broke the taboo with the vision of Leading International art curator who himself having Photography and film making Background in 2011 and started Frames of India : FOI project to bring Photography as an Art Form in the main stream Art.
Kalanirvana used to do National Photography Exhibitions based on theme and with critical Jury and Brought more than far 300+ Indian artists to lime light. Most of them have got national awards and international presence in various projects in Photography. We have done more than 15 Photography Exhibitions and more than 40+ subject specific workshops and 20+ Photo Tours including International venues as part of the awareness project for talented photographers of India. Kalanirvana International art Center conducts workshops, exhibitions, Photography Residency, art symposium, Photo tour and art festivals in INDIA and in Various partner countries.

Note : We are conducting the selection of FOI 2020 in different phases because we get a lot of applications and it is difficult to handle all in less time.
Mission:
The main mission of FOI is to find the talents in all over India and to groom them for Fine Art Photography and who want to take photography as a career in future.
Kalanirvana is the leading art organisation which is pioneer in encouraging Indian fine art photography in the main stream Art in India. This project is back after 5 years gap. The FOI project has produced many leading photographers of India who are working in various fields Starting from film, magazine, documentary film and winner of various national and International award winners. Many of our students are result of the mentorship from artist, film maker and international art curator Mr Ashis Pahi.
The Process:
1.There will be three exhibitions in three different cities; Pune, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar. Each will have three to four phases of selection .
2.Each selected photographers will be one exhibition in one city based on the zone it belongs to.
3.The final prize will be announced by the end of YEAR after all three exhibitions are Over.
