What is the procedure ?

There will be 25 artists selected from India for this international mega Art Festival which will be for three months starting from July 13th to October 13th 2018.

The artists has to send their latest bio data with contact details and images of their works with title,size,medium, Price, Year of Making and send to help.kalanirvana@gmail.com . Each entry fee is Rs 500. AND One can send minimum 4 and maximum 8 entries. (For example: If you send  four works for selections you have to deposit Rs 500 x 4 = Rs 2000 to our account. And if you submit 8 works for selection you have to deposit Rs 500 x 8 = Rs 4000 to our account)

Important Note :
Please do your payment to the following account only. Please send a copy of the receipt to us by mail. without the receipt copy of your payment we will not consider your entry Valid.

Note: without depositing the entry fee it will not be qualify for selection.

We will select minimum one work and maximum two works of each artist.

The artists will be showcased based on  a selection process by our International Jury Panel to present the best of Indian artists in European art MARKET.

The selected artists has to just send rolled works of to our Indian address. Kalanirvana will take care of the transport, framing, exhibition and everything where as CAM Museum will take care of the media, guest, press and promotion of the Art Festival for Indian artists.

SHIPPING N FRAMING COST : FREE. Kalanirvana will take care of it.

BENEFITS TO BE PART OF THE EXHIBITION:

1.ONE ARTISTS will be given to one artist based on jury selection for a sponsored art symposium with exhibition and will be announced on the opening day of the exhibition. The artist will be informed within one year of the announced date regarding the sponsored symposium and exhibition.( * conditions apply )

2.All selected artists will get international exposure, coverage in International magazines of Europe, the catalog will be circulated among more than 25000 contacts of the ART MUSEUM.

3.Five  artists will be Selected and will be featured in international art magazine and will be given annual membership of KALANIRVANA International.

4. All participants will get certificate and catalog once selected for the exhibition.

SIZE RESTRICTION :

All selected artists will be given 1-sq meter of space for display in the Contemporary Art Museum Gallery. Therefor the works should be less than 3×3 feet and should be in rolling form as we will take care for framing and display in Italy.

HOW TO APPLY:

Please send your latest bio-data with latest postal address and phone number with minimum 4 images of your best works with minimum 500mb file size each or more  in .jpg or in pdf with title,medium,size and price mentioned.

The selection will be by our 5 international Jury from different parts of world. Based on the selection the participants will be finalised and will be informed by mail and whats app. And the works has to be submitted to the  KALANIRVANA: GA 196, GA Colony, Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar-751003, India; in rolling only before 25th June 2018 at any cost.

Rules and regulations :

  1. the works should be original and should not be copied from any other
  2. the works should not hurt anyone in terms of religion, gender, race, caste etc .
  3. The size of the works should be less than 3 x 3 feet .
  4. the work can be of any medium which can be shipped with rolling.
  5. the works should not be framed.
  6. the decision of the jury is final and no participant can challenge the decision in any circumstances.
  7. no mention of price should be anywhere written on the work as it will be a problem for customs in Italy. Artists are advised to send us the price list by mail.
  8. In case of sold painting , artist will get all amount of the painting deducted by the local tax.
  9. After the exhibition the art woks will be in the custody of Kalanirvana for 6 months promotion and sale for its online art portal as well as for our buyers club. If  the artist want the paintings back after exhibition, they need to mention in the application about it and Kalanirvana will send the works by Pay to and the artists will have to collect the work by paying the courier charges from the courier service company.
  10. in case the artist agree for 6 months promotion by Kalanirvana and for sale, Kalanirvana will send an email about it with its terms and conditions. once the artists agree we will continue the process or else we will return the works to the artist as mentioned above.
  11. the exhibition fee is not refundable at any cost
  12. it will be considered as acceptance of the rules and regulations by the artist once he/she applies for the Exhibition.
  13. The Prize will be given to one artist based on jury selection for a sponsored art symposium with exhibition and will be announced on the opening day of the exhibition. The artist will be informed within one year of the announced date regarding the sponsored symposium and exhibition.
  14. all participants will get certificate and catalog once selected for the exhibition.
